Unconditional Guarantee

Piccolo Pazzo, USA, guarantees all customers their custom  ordered products will be made according to the measurements received. Should any customer feel the item ordered was  not made according to the measurements as ordered, the  item may  be returned for free alterations. All returns should be sent insured for the customers protection and must be sent prepaid. The garment will be returned prepaid. Please  do not return to the retail outlet where you made your purchase.         Please call us in advance of making your return to request a return authorization label,  or your return may be rejected due to our computerized return system log. Important: For custom made orders check your measurements carefully.   Please do not guess or give an approximate as there may be an alteration charge for wrong measurements received depend- ing on the extent of the alteration required. Cancellations: Any and all cancellations of orders must occur within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours of placement any and all orders are to be considered non-cancellable.
